Job summary

Matic is seeking a VP of Carrier Relations to build and advance our carrier marketplace across insurance businesses. You will own the carrier strategy, partnerships, and innovation to deliver greater choice, conversion, and customer value.

You will lead a high-performing team, set priorities across Carrier Relations, expand carrier relationships with executives, and drive API connectivity and marketplace competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a carrier relations or partnerships function.
• Deep P&C insurance expertise with credibility with senior executives.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Matic's carrier marketplace strategy and partnerships.
• Own carrier economics, performance, and innovations across products and geographies.
• Develop executive relationships with strategic carriers to drive growth.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to define carrier tech roadmap and APIs.
• Drive quote availability, accuracy, and customer experience improvements.
