Sedgwick is seeking a senior analytics leader to direct the life cycle of client vision from an enterprise intelligence view. You will guide the analytics strategy, govern data foundations, and translate complex structures into actionable insights across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities include building leadership dashboards, partnering to drive client value, and shaping BI and client base analytics. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Carrier and Captive analytics strategy and roadmap, setting priorities and investments.
• Establish data and governance foundation to scale analytics and integration with enterprise data.
• Build actionable insights from multi-account structures into trusted metrics and tools.
• Drive client value and growth by partnering across Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing.
• Direct a team that manages business analytics and pipeline.
• Develop and oversee client relationship management enterprise solutions.
• Provide strategic direction for business intelligence, contact management, and client base analytics.
• Oversee engagement analytics and present information to business leaders.
• May oversee budget management for the area.
• Supervise personnel policies, hiring, performance development, and guidance.
