Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication, leadership, and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and roadmap for Carrier and Captive, setting priorities and investments.
• Establish data and governance foundation for analytics, including hierarchy, mappings, metrics, and integrations.
• Build actionable insights from complex structures into trusted metrics and decision tools.
• Use analytics to drive client value and ROI, collaborating across operations, finance, and marketing.
• Direct a team that manages business analytics and pipeline.
• Develop and oversee client relationship management enterprise solutions.
• Provide strategic direction for business intelligence and client base analytics.
• Oversee engagement analytics and present to business leaders.
• May oversee budget management for the business area.
