Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a senior leader to direct and manage a team delivering enterprise analytics across Carrier and Captive programs. You will shape the analytics roadmap, establish governance, and translate complex client structures into actionable insights for growth and renewal strategies.

Responsibilities include driving data foundations, collaboration with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Client Services, and presenting insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 10+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentations.
• Analytical and interpretive skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven management/leadership skills.
• Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Carrier and Captive analytics strategy and roadmap, setting priorities and investments.
• Establish data and governance foundation to scale analytics across enterprise.
• Translate complex multi-account structures into trusted metrics and decision tools.
• Drive client value and growth by partnering across departments to translate performance into ROI narratives.
• Direct a team that manages business analytics and pipeline.
• Oversee client relationship management enterprise solutions.
• Provide strategic direction for business intelligence and client base analytics.
• Present information to business leaders and key stakeholders.
• May oversee budget management for the area.
