Reef Capital seeks a Vice President of Capital Formation to lead capital-raising efforts from institutional LPs, RIAs, wirehouses, and other major allocators. The role will build a repeatable outreach and qualification engine across channels and scale Reef's fundraising program.

The position is full-time, with extensive travel and a focus on establishing durable investor relationships, guiding due diligence, and supporting capital deployment across Reef's platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in finance, economics or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record raising capital from large institutional LPs and other major allocators.
• Established relationships with institutional investment consultants and large allocators.

Aufgaben

• Own outreach and channel development across RIAs, wirehouse private wealth groups, pensions, insurance companies, family offices, and investment consulting groups.
• Build a qualification and relationship-management process from scratch.
• Lead institutional due diligence and RFIs/RFPs to secure inclusion on approved manager lists.
• Engage directly with high-net-worth individuals and institutional decisionmakers.
• Develop relationships relevant to secondary transactions and liquidity conversations.
• Support capital raising from Reef's member base as the role matures.
• Travel extensively to build and sustain these relationships in person.
