Job summary

Ridgepost Capital seeks a Vice President to lead new business development, capital formation, and product development across the RPC platform, with a focus on expanding relationships in the insurance channel. The role centers on attracting institutional investors globally and growing assets under management.

The position sits on the Global Client Solutions team and involves taking a lead relationship management role with current and prospective investors, supporting RPC’s fundraising initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing and/or capital raising.
• Experience with institutional LPs including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and insurers preferred.
• Proven track record of initiating, building, converting, and maintaining high-quality institutional relationships at senior levels.
• Strong analytical, time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Raise meaningful capital from new investors.
• Establish dialogue with investors and drive fundraising scheduling and meetings.
• Create connectivity with new and existing investors and define outreach processes for RPC strategies.
• Understand investor needs and service existing investors.
• Increase RPC brand recognition and contribute to marketing efforts.
• Contribute to and support new fund launches and investor due diligence materials.
• Become an expert on RPC’s product offerings and capabilities.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.
