Peak Credit Union, a Northwest-based financial co-operative, seeks a visionary Vice President of Business Services to expand its commercial banking presence and strengthen business member relationships.

The leader will guide the evolution of the commercial strategy, expanding lending, deposits, treasury management, and relationship banking while delivering innovative financial solutions for local businesses.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience overseeing Business Services or Commercial Banking.
• Proven success growing commercial lending portfolios and deposits.
• Ability to develop and execute growth strategies expanding market share.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams across sales and relationship management.
• Strong commercial credit expertise with disciplined risk management.
• Enterprise mindset with collaboration across lines to drive initiatives.
• Experience leading organizational growth and change with accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance; Master's preferred.
