Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial Lending Function: Provide leadership and direction for commercial lending, including business development, loan production, relationship management, team priorities, and growth.
• Drive Commercial Business Development: Develop new commercial loan and deposit relationships, expand existing relationships, build referral sources, and represent the Credit Union.
• Manage Commercial Relationships: Serve as primary relationship leader for significant commercial members and prospects.
• Lead Loan Structuring and Pipeline Management: Manage opportunities from initial discussion through approval and closing with Octant CUSO.
