Clear Channel Outdoor in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Vice President, Business Operations to lead strategic initiatives across the company and translate strategy into actionable solutions with the 400+ sales organization.

You will partner with executives and functional leaders to establish operating cadences, drive cross‑functional programs, and enable durable performance through process design, technology-enabled solutions, and change leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree in business, information systems, organizational development, education, or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in business operations, transformation, program management, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation
• Experience partnering with senior executives and managing initiatives involving multiple functions and stakeholders
