Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor seeks a Vice President, Business Operations to lead strategic and operational initiatives, partnering with executives and a 400+ sales organization. You will translate strategy into actions, establish processes, and ensure adoption and sustained performance across the business.

This leadership role drives transformation, manages day-to-day priorities, and delivers measurable business outcomes through governance, execution, and senior-level guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in business, information systems, organizational development, education, or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate company strategy into executable priorities.
• Lead complex strategic and operational initiatives from development through execution across functions, markets, and technology.
• Develop operating structures, governance milestones, and escalation paths for initiatives.
• Drive organizational readiness, implementation, and sustained adoption of changes.
• Provide leadership across the Business Operations organization with clear accountability and measures.
