Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred in business or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in business operations, transformation, program management, process improvement, technology-enabled solutions, change management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with senior executives.
• Experience in media, advertising, sales operations, or similar complex distributed organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate company strategy into executable priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with governance, milestones, and resource management.
• Develop operating structures, workplans, governance, milestones, decision rights, and escalation paths.
• Partner with Technology to translate business needs into practical technology-enabled solutions.
• Drive organizational readiness, implementation, and sustained adoption of changes.
• Provide leadership across Business Operations and coach team members in structured problem solving and execution.
• Establish visibility, accountability, and measurement of business outcomes.
