Job summary

PLTFRM is seeking a VP of Business Development, Natural to lead new business growth for our brand portfolio. This senior, quota-carrying role requires building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing complex deals.

You will own the full sales cycle, develop a robust pipeline, and engage founders and senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Growth. Travel may be required to client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business development, sales or related commercial experience.
• Proven success sourcing, developing and closing complex B2B opportunities as an individual contributor.
• Strong negotiation skills with multi-stakeholder cycles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business with consumer brands.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build a strong pipeline aligned with growth priorities.
