Job summary

PLTFRM is seeking a VP of Business Development for Beauty & Personal Care to drive new business growth across our brand portfolio. This senior, quota-carrying role will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close, building partnerships with founders and senior leaders.

You'll develop strategic opportunities, create compelling proposals, and negotiate deals that scale client relationships while collaborating with Growth, Marketing, and Operations to expand PLTFRM’s brand-side business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business development or sales with a proven quota- carrying track record.
• Experience selling services/solutions to consumer brands / B2B.
• Strong ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by identifying and closing opportunities with consumer brands.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including proposal development and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with growth priorities; forecast accuracy in HubSpot.
