Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, strategy, business management or consulting.
• Proven ability to drive strategic projects across a large matrixed organization.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and accuracy.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Partner with Global Group Heads to set and implement strategy.
• Manage client target market and conduct market share analysis.
• Drive strategic initiatives related to business growth and coordinate across product groups, regions, sectors, and partners.
• Oversee management analyses and reporting, including KPIs.
• Streamline processes and collaborate to build consistent policies.
• Conduct in-depth research and deep dives on business trends and implications.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses and presentations for senior management.
• Foster a collaborative environment, mentor staff, and promote knowledge sharing.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policies and ethical standards.
