Qualifications

• Must hold an associate degree or trade school certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Certifications in Engineering or Facilities Management highly preferred (CHFM/CFM/CPMM/PE).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for building services.
• Oversee maintenance and operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Lead a team of building services professionals with coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations through audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet facility needs and efficiency goals.
• Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation for cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure quality and on-time work.
• Develop policies and procedures for building services and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present management reports with metrics and recommendations.
