Job summary

LifeStream Behavioral Center in Leesburg, FL is seeking a skilled Facilities Specialist III to maintain and repair buildings, systems, and equipment, emphasizing safety and reliability for daily operations.

You will perform a wide range of trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and locksmith work, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure timely, compliant outcomes that support patient care and staff effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Trade school training preferred.
• Minimum 8 years related experience with knowledge across electrical, plumbing, construction, carpentry, HVAC and painting.
• Strong understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety systems.
• Excellent project management and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair buildings, structures and equipment across multiple trades (carpentry, painting, locksmith, plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating work, requisitioning supplies and inspecting work performed.
• Develop sound working relationships with program staff to enhance outcomes for the Center.
