Job summary

LifeStream Behavioral Center in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Building Services Manager responsible for overseeing maintenance, safety, and operation of all facilities. You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate repairs, and ensure environments are safe for clients and staff.

The role requires an Associate degree or trade certification and at least two years of related experience; strong leadership, planning skills, and proficiency with facilities management tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or trade school certification required.
• Two (2) years related experience with comprehensive knowledge of Maintenance required.
• Experience in building maintenance and facility operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure facilities are well-maintained and operational.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair, maintenance, and renovation projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Manage the building services budget, including forecasting costs and monitoring expenditures.
• Lead and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures to ensure safety of occupants.
• Collaborate with other departments to support the center's operations and address facility-related needs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and sustainability improvements within the facilities.

Job Purpose

The Building Services Manager at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and functionality of all physical facilities. This role ensures that the environment is safe, efficient, and conducive to the well-being of clients and staff. The Building Services Manager plays a critical role in managing facility operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and implementing safety protocols to support the center's mission.

Key Responsibilities
