Medline seeks a Vice President, Brand Strategy & Creative Solutions to lead enterprise brand and marketing strategy across products, solutions, and customer segments. You will oversee creative, design, copywriting, packaging and the full marketing operations function with a focus on efficiency and impact.

In this senior role you will drive AI-enabled marketing, establish KPIs, and partner with IT and analytics to scale initiatives while developing top talent and aligning cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 12+ years in brand strategy, marketing, creative services, marketing ops and content strategy.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-functional teams and drive results.
• Strong executive presence with stakeholder influence across orgs.
• Experience with AI-enabled marketing capabilities and tech adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise brand and marketing strategy across products and customer segments.
• Lead creative services including design, copywriting and packaging for all channels.
• Oversee marketing operations, content strategy, workflows, and technology usage.
• Establish KPIs, govern AI usage in marketing, and drive data-driven optimization.
