Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Vice President of Ecommerce and Marketing Technology to own digital commerce and marketing platforms as revenue-generating systems. The leader will set technology strategy, ensure reliable and scalable ecosystems, and align with business priorities, partnering with Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Architecture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise IT, digital commerce, or large-scale business systems leadership.
• 7+ years leading managers and senior technical leaders in complex organizations.
• Led an enterprise ecommerce migration or replatforming.
• Experience with commercetools or comparable composable API-first platform.
• Proven ability to set strategy and secure executive support for a funded roadmap.
• Substantial vendor, contract, system-integrator, and software-partner management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year strategy and funded roadmap across ecommerce, MarTech, content, personalization, customer data, and sales training.
• Unify customer-facing platforms, storefronts, applications, and tools into one Medline.com ecosystem with shared journeys and governance.
• Lead ecommerce strategy, roadmap, delivery, operations, and continuous optimization across product data, pricing, contracts, search, cart, checkout, orders, and account management.
• Define reference architectures, APIs, data pipelines, shared objects, and integration standards.
• Run an integrated roadmap with internal teams and partners, ensuring availability, performance, security, and lifecycle planning.
• Establish governance for configuration, data use, privacy, consent, and accessibility.
