M Booth & Associates is seeking a senior marketing leader to steer campaigns for top consumer brands in fashion, beauty, and luxury beverages. You will activate campaigns in culture across platforms and events.

You will build trusted client relationships, craft disruptive strategies, and guide programs with tastemakers and influencers to drive growth. This role offers hybrid work in NYC with remote options.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer ID, negotiation, activation management.
• Strong foundation in consumer marketing: PR, large programs, social strategy, influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead top consumer brands in food, beauty, luxury, or beverages that activate in culture.
• Be client relationship lead and trusted advisor for brands.
• Dissect client objectives and craft disruptive strategies to meet goals.
• Identify trends, people, and brands relevant to the client work.
• Develop strategic recommendations and sell-in programming.
• Manage a team and oversee programs, budgets, and staffing.
