M Booth seeks an experienced influencer marketing strategist to drive culture-first campaigns for leading brands. You will lead end-to-end influencer programs, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience executing end-to-end influencer campaigns including talent negotiations.
• Experience collaborating with senior leads on integrated campaigns and performance analysis.
• Ability to guide clients through strategic pivots and maintain ownership.

Responsibilities

• Drive cultural impact by building culture-first influencer strategies across PR, social, and paid media.
• Own end-to-end influencer programs from strategy to vetting, contracting, content oversight, and reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Proactively source and nurture relationships with creators to keep brands at the center of conversations.
• Lead client relationships, manage multiple workstreams, and present on calls.
