Responsibilities include developing sales plans, deepening relationships, coordinating with partners, and safeguarding controls. Candidates should have 6–10 years experience in banking, strong communication and analytic skills, and willingness to register as mortgage loan originator.

Qualificações

• 6-10 years of relevant experience required.
• Previous experience in banking or financial industry preferred.
• Sales management experience preferred.
• Registered or willing to register as mortgage loan originator with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing.
• Obtain or willing to obtain unique identifier from Registry.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills demonstrated.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a sales plans and drive individual production goals, including building referral networks and relationships with internal partners and external contacts.
• Create an environment through coaching and performance development to achieve branch goals.
• Develop and execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies aligned with Retail Bank priorities.
• Support portfolio growth by deepening relationships and client acquisition while ensuring optimal service and controls.
• Collaborate with branch partners to achieve goals and deliver customer service.
• Lead hiring, performance management, and employee evaluation of branch staff.
• Plan and budget, participate in policy formulation, and manage resource planning.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Citi policies.
