Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience required.
• Previous banking or financial industry experience preferred.
• Sales management experience preferred.
• Registered or willing to register as mortgage loan originator with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing.
• Obtain or willing to obtain unique identifier from Registry.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytic skills are demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans and drive individual production goals, including building referrals and relationships with internal partners and external contacts.
• Coach staff through activity-based development and implement coaching plans to achieve branch goals.
• Develop and execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies aligned with Retail Bank priorities.
• Support portfolio growth by deepening relationships and client acquisition while ensuring optimal service and controls.
