Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Banking or financial industry experience preferred
• Sales management experience preferred
• Registered or willing to register as mortgage loan originator with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing
• Obtain or willing to obtain unique identifier from Registry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills demonstrated consistently

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans and drive individual production goals with referrals and internal/external partners
• Coach staff through activity-based programs and implement coaching plans
• Develop and execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies aligned with Retail Bank priorities
• Support portfolio growth by deepening client relationships and ensuring optimal service
• Collaborate with branch partners to achieve goals and deliver customer service
• Plan staffing using workforce tools and manage performance and accountability
• Lead hiring processes and coordinate performance management and communications
