Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Data Scientist Lead – Vice President to join Branch Channel Analytics and steer our Customer Journey and Anomaly Detection strategy across Consumer Banking and cross-LOB experiences in the branch channel. You will guide end-to-end delivery, build attribution frameworks, and drive cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of applied data science experience with production analytics and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience mentoring data scientists and managing priorities.
• Strong statistics foundations and experimentation (A/B design, causal inference).
• Experience building customer journeys and attribution models for decision rules.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, and ability to work across product, data, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from analysis and design through deployment and monitoring.
• Lead the Customer Journey team to map and measure end-to-end journeys and multi-touch attribution.
• Develop scalable decisioning and anomaly detection, taking ideas from proof of concept to production.
• Collaborate with business and product partners to define requirements and success metrics.
• Establish rigorous experimentation cadence (A/B tests, holdouts) and quantify impact.
