Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of applied data science experience with production analytics and measurable business outcomes.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring data scientists; able to manage priorities and develop talent.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from analysis and test design through implementation and monitoring.
• Lead the Customer Journey team to map and measure journeys, evolve attribution, and generate cross-LOB recommendations.
• Develop scalable, data-driven decisioning (attribution, causal modeling, anomaly detection) and drive from proof of concept to production.
• Partner with business, product, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure adoption in workflows.
• Build a rigorous experimentation cadence (A/B testing) to quantify impact and recalibrate strategies.
