Qualifications

• Advance degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years applying statistics to business problems.
• 5+ years SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
• Experience supporting finance workstreams: budgeting, forecasting, ROI and cost-benefit evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and incrementality testing, with design and significance evaluation.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and code development.
• Strong data visualization skills for executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer quality metrics (e.g., CLV, incrementality) to inform portfolio ROI.
• Lead matched market and geographic A/B tests; design, run analyses, deliver recommendations.
• Develop customer lifetime value and DCF frameworks to evaluate acquisition segments.
• Translate analyses into actionable business recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analyses.
