JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a U.S. Benefits Knowledge Integration Manager - Vice President to join Global Benefits, bridging Benefits with Communications, Content and Employee Experience to ensure accurate information across channels.

You will distill complex plan documents into employee-ready content, act as SME, and collaborate with HR and vendors to maintain a centralized benefits knowledge base and improve user understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years in corporate benefits or benefits consulting.
• Deep experience in global health, welfare, and retirement programs; read plan documents and identify key takeaways.
• Ability to organize vast amounts of program data into a structured format and strong program management skills.
• Proven ability to work with Communications and Content professionals across complex stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially version control across digital surfaces.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main point of contact / SME for employee-facing benefit information.
• Distill complex plan documents and policies into structured, deployable information.
• Ensure benefits content accuracy across all engagement channels and apps.
• Partner with enrollment vendors to contextualize content for employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR Communications and Employee Experience to align campaigns with plan details.
• Create and maintain a centralized repository for all benefit program details.
• Drive engagement and reduce call center inquiries by measuring usability and implementing improvements.
• Represent Benefits in cross-functional planning sessions with a focus on employee tools.
