Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate benefits offerings and program enhancements; quantify value for senior leadership.
• Own day-to-day operations of healthcare initiatives and vendor partnerships for seamless employee experience.
• Manage cross-functional deliverables; interpret reporting and financials; support risk and audits.
