Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago or Jersey City seeks a U.S. Benefits Design and Strategy Vice President to lead the prescription drug plan and oversee key benefits programs, partnering with Benefits Delivery, Wellness, HR technology, Legal, Sourcing and IT Security.

This full-time role focuses on plan operations, program improvements, analytics and vendor management to deliver a best-in-class experience for employees. Travel is occasional; work will be in-office five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10 years work experience in corporate benefits, employer benefits consulting, or health plan/PBM.
• Comprehensive understanding of prescription drug benefits, prescription drug pricing, prescription drug supply chain, and the market.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience working in a strategic, analytical and metric driven environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
• Vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the prescription drug benefit plan, including overseeing vendors, program administration, performance monitoring, and member communications.
• Support key programs and initiatives, measuring success and managing partners for efficient operations.
• Evaluate strategic opportunities to improve member experience, access to programs and financial transparency, through research and stakeholder collaboration.
• Support procurement projects with detailed requirements, project management, and leadership materials.
• Manage vendor implementations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely launches.
• Partner with Benefits Delivery, Wellness, HR technology, IT security, Legal, Sourcing, Product and Employee Experience.
