Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience in Finance, Treasury, or Banking Services.
• Experience in Banking Product Management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of retail and private banking product economics.
• Experience with global/international banking products and product strategy is a plus.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder products and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing products and drive projects to develop new initiatives.
• Maintain rigorous project management discipline, documenting and tracking tasks and deliverables.
• Provide clear progress readouts in large stakeholder forums.
• Develop product strategy amid ambiguity and competing stakeholder priorities.
• Assist in managing cross-functional and cross-border teams across Technology, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
• Launch and implement new initiatives.
• Prepare analyses and status updates for senior management.
• Communicate key findings, insights, and progress succinctly.
• Develop KPIs to track progress.
• Analyze competitive strategies across domestic and international markets.
• Draft internal, Financial Advisor-facing, and client-facing communications.
• Support Financial Advisors, Private Bankers, and the Client Service Center.
