Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product leader to manage the innovation pipeline for transaction banking, from problem discovery to commercialization and handoff to product teams. You will identify unmet needs among large corporate clients and design differentiated treasury and finance workflow solutions across payments, receivables, liquidity, and reporting.

Qualifications

6–9 years in transaction banking, product management, innovation, embedded banking, partnerships, fintech or related roles.
Experience delivering or commercializing transaction banking for large corporate clients.
Hands-on knowledge of treasury workflows and TMS/ERP platforms in payments, receivables, liquidity, reporting, and reconciliation.
Proven ability to identify, evaluate, onboard, and govern third‑party partnerships in regulated environments.
Translate market opportunities into commercially viable product solutions.
Strong commercial acumen including pricing, ROI, and partnership economics.
Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

Manage the innovation pipeline for transaction banking products from problem identification through commercialization and handoff into product execution.
Identify unmet needs among large corporate clients and design differentiated treasury and finance workflow solutions.
Develop value propositions, business cases, revenue models, pricing hypotheses, adoption measures, and commercialization plans.
Define and advance embedded transaction banking strategy across TMS, ERP, and adjacent corporate platforms.
Identify embedded banking use cases across payments, receivables, cash positioning, liquidity, reporting, and treasury workflows.
Source and evaluate TMS, ERP, fintech, data, connectivity, AI, and other technology partnerships.
Conduct market scans, competitive analysis, partner due diligence, and capability assessments.
Evaluate build, buy, and partner options and develop ecosystem roadmaps.
Lead proofs of concept, sandbox evaluations, partner demonstrations, and client validation.
Own partner relationships through evaluation, selection, due diligence, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and integration planning.
Structure partnership agreements covering deliverables, governance, ownership, data rights, service expectations, and commercialization.
Oversee partnership lifecycle management, performance monitoring, issue resolution, renewal, expansion, and exit planning.
Collaborate with Procurement, Third-Party Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Information Security, Finance, and Operations.
Assess AI and emerging technologies for transaction banking and corporate treasury workflows.
Translate AI concepts into product hypotheses, proofs of concept, measurable outcomes, partner opportunities, and product roadmaps.
Advise senior leaders on innovation, embedded banking, partnership strategy, and external capabilities.
Lead cross-functional working groups and provide executive updates on portfolio, roadmap, economics, progress, risks, and outcomes.
