Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of technology products that support business objectives and operational effectiveness across the organization.

You will partner with stakeholders to define product requirements, translate business needs into actionable plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage features and backlogs, validate requirements, and ensure reliable release management with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in product management, technology delivery, business analysis, or related field.
• CSPO, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of technology products supporting business objectives and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with product strategy and roadmap.
• Define and manage product features, user stories, and backlog items.
• Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with user experience, engineering, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Coordinate testing, release management, and rollout activities.
• Monitor product performance and analyze user feedback to recommend enhancements.
• Work with external vendors to evaluate solutions, support implementation, and monitor service delivery.
