Job summary

Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Director of Product to own the Banking workstream end to end—setting strategy, leading the roadmap, and driving execution for onboarding, processing, treasury, and card issuance.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will write PRDs and user stories, mentor product managers across regions, and establish scalable processes, rituals, and standards to grow the organization while maintaining rigor.

Qualifications

• Roughly 12-18 years of relevant product management experience.
• 5+ years leading and managing product teams.
• Shipped banking/payments or related financial products at scale.
• Ability to write PRDs and user stories and drive cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own banking strategy and multi-quarter roadmap across onboarding, processing, treasury and card issuance.
• Lead roadmap and execution, prioritizing and shipping from discovery to launch.
• Independently scope complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Write PRDs and user stories; deep-dive into data, ledger, and regulatory detail.
• Scale the org with durable processes and standards.
• Hire, coach, and develop product managers; mentor globally across regions.
• Partner with engineering, design, compliance, risk, and GTM for compliant experiences.
• Manage risk and compliance with regulatory and fraud controls.
