Job summary

You will collaborate with IT, operations, and executives, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve market position and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or product management certificate and/or 7+ years relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of product research, analysis and development, forecasting, pricing, and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide strategic guidance to a team of product management professionals.
• Develop and implement bank products, services, programs, features, benefits, and characteristics.
• Lead people management, including hiring, goal setting, staff development, performance management, compensation decisions, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead diverse product teams and oversee operations, talent development, and initiative success.
• Present recommendations to senior management and executives.
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple initiatives and manage resource allocation.
• Develop product management strategies, roadmaps, business plans, and development calendars.
• Monitor product performance, P&L, pricing, margin, and market share.
