Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, product management, consumer lending, or related fields.
• Experience owning or influencing financial outcomes in lending or financial services.
• Strong executive communication skills to simplify complexity and present clear recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial, customer, credit, and marketing data.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end balance transfer strategy, including growth priorities, offer design, pricing, targeting, segmentation, and eligibility.
• Manage full business performance and financial outcomes with clear objectives and disciplined reporting.
• Build and run a test-and-learn agenda across segments and channels to drive measurable impact.
• Partner with product, marketing, risk, finance, analytics, operations, legal, compliance, and controls to deliver outcomes.
• Influence roadmap priorities by defining high-value opportunities and business requirements.
• Translate customer needs and portfolio trends into clear recommendations and business cases.
• Produce executive-ready updates to support fast, high-quality decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional execution from strategy through implementation with accountability.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team while maintaining governance and controls.
