Job summary

S³, Inc. seeks a VP of Aviation Strategic Growth to lead corporate growth initiatives from our Huntsville, AL headquarters.

You will manage the growth pipeline, budgets, and proposals, coordinating with VPs and GMs to meet annual targets across DoD aviation and related services. The ideal candidate has 20+ years in DoD growth, 15 years in federal contract capture for aviation, and a track record of winning large contracts.

Qualifications

• 20 years of DoW experience in growth and ops.
• 15 years of federal contract capture management in aviation.
• ISO/AS9100 quality management experience.
• 10 years cradle-to-grave capture/proposals.
• 2 years with Government Relations, JVs, and Federal Appropriations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the Aviation Growth plan and opportunity pipeline.
• Oversees bid/no bid reviews, color reviews, and proposal production.
• Leads executive engagement with customers and partners.
• Aligns corporate growth with BU and subsidiary strategies.
• Reports regularly to CEO and CFO on growth performance.
