S3, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of the Agile Engineering Division to join our executive team at the Huntsville, AL HQ. You will provide strategic leadership, drive operational controls, and oversee financial strength to grow the organization.

You will manage a 200+ person workforce and 20 subcontractors, ensuring schedule adherence, quality metrics, and strong customer relationships across IDIQ/BPA contracts and competitive bids.

Qualificações

• 25 years of experience, including 10 years PM experience in aviation, missile, or space technical service portfolios (senior level).
• Five years managing 200+ employees across programs and sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution across multiple IDIQ, BPA, and task order contracts with strong CPARS ratings and customer relations.
• Own business unit P&L, deliver revenue and EBITDA through budgeting, cost control, and compliance with policy and ISO.
• Plan, allocate, and resource personnel across all programs to meet performance and CDRL delivery.
