Job summary

Responsibilities

• Define authorized user value propositions grounded in customer segmentation and competitive insights.
• Partner with portfolio, finance, risk, marketing, and research teams to build the product roadmap.
• Build business cases that quantify investment needs, expected outcomes, and key trade-offs.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, financial outcomes, and delivery readiness.
• Track annual financial targets and KPIs, and communicate progress with transparency.
• Prepare and deliver executive-ready materials for strategy reviews, decisions, and program updates.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements for new products, controls, and servicing experiences.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and drive alignment on path-to-green plans.
