• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, financial outcomes, and delivery readiness.
• Track annual financial targets and KPIs, and report progress with transparency.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for strategy reviews and updates.
• Translate customer needs into requirements for new products, controls, and servicing experiences.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and drive alignment on path-to-green plans.
