- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of technology leadership experience in financial services.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade custody applications.
- Experience operating across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities
- Execute the technology strategy and roadmap for Core Custody aligned to business priorities.
- Ensure delivery excellence with resilient, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Oversee platform stability, regulatory adherence, and client outcomes.
- Partner with Product, Risk, and Client-facing teams to enable new products.
- Drive modern architectures, data platforms, and automation.
- Foster a culture of innovation and technology excellence.
