Who we are looking for We are seeking a strategic technology leader to serve as Vice President, Asset Servicing Application Development and Maintenance. This leader will be responsible for managing a critical settlement application. This role requires interaction and support for an external settlement depository and related vendors. The successful candidate will manage development, oversee technology execution, engineering, delivery and modernization. They will drive innovation by leveraging AI capabilities, automation, and modern engineering practices, while ensuring operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client outcomes. This application manager will partner closely with business, product, operations, risk, and enterprise technology leaders to accelerate growth, modernization, improve scalability and productivity, and enhance the overall client experience.

Within GTS, this role is aligned to the Custody value stream. The position plays a pivotal role in shaping technology strategy and execution, ensuring solutions are built for reliability, scalability, and strong controls while meeting stringent regulatory, operational, and client expectations.

Drive adoption of modern architectures, engineering practices, data platforms, and automation capabilities across the application. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous learning, and technology excellence.

Additional Requirements

Experience with institutional securities settlement Experience with MQ, Oracle, PL/SQL, Shell scripting, J2EE, Java web development.

Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Willingness to engage across multiple regions and time zones.

Work Requirement

Onsite with minimum 4 days in office 8:00 AM to 5 PM – Mandatory weekday presence between 8am-10am

Salary Range

Salary Range: $120,000 - $202,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the location above, the applicable range could differ.
