Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Software Engineering to lead the technology strategy, delivery, and modernization of Asset Management Solutions in the United States. You will manage an organization of 60–70 engineers, balancing hands-on technical leadership with strategic planning to deliver a scalable platform.

You will drive AI-enabled tooling, governance, and modern engineering practices while aligning the roadmap with evolving buy-side client needs and market

Qualifications

• Deep experience with Buy Side OMS and Asset Management domains.
• Proven ability to lead large software engineering organizations and drive modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage a large software engineering organization of 60–70 professionals.
• Define and execute the engineering strategy and technology roadmap for Asset Management Solutions.
• Drive modernization of legacy applications and migration to an integrated, scalable platform.
• Remain hands-on in architecture, platform strategy, integration, and delivery decisions.
• Partner with product, business, operations, and technology leaders to align investments with client needs.
• Embed AI across the software development lifecycle and production operations.
• Establish modern engineering practices including Agile delivery, quality, testing, release management, and observability.
• Communicate a clear vision and drive change across the organization.
• Establish performance metrics and governance for engineering quality and platform stability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.
