RWE Americas, LLC is seeking an executive leader for Portfolio Operations & Performance to drive safe, reliable and cost-effective execution across the fleet. This role defines strategy, governance, and performance management for key functions including inventory control, maintenance coordination, and QA/QC programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred where relevant.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in operations, maintenance, reliability, or related fields.
• 8+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional or dispersed teams.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale programs and organizational transformation.
• Renewable energy/asset-intensive industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute long-term strategy, operating model, and capability roadmap for portfolio operations functions.
• Provide executive oversight for Inventory Control, Maintenance Coordination, and QA/QC programs.
• Establish governance, dashboards, escalation paths, and decision rights across functions.
• Lead Organizational Inspection Program design, QA/QC frameworks, and audit protocols.
• Strengthen inventory and spares strategy with cross-functional coordination.
• Direct maintenance coordination and portfolio scheduling practices for improved readiness and adherence.
• Lead Tiger Team strategy and deployment for high-priority initiatives.
• Identify systemic performance losses and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Model Essential Behaviors and drive a collaborative culture across the portfolio.
