Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Applied AI/ML Vice President in the Corporate and Investment Bank Technology team. You will lead analysis of complex problems, design and experiment with advanced models, and develop robust ML solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

You will work with product owners, data engineers, and software engineers to architect and implement new AI capabilities, productionize models, and communicate results to senior leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematical Sciences or Machine Learning.
• 7+ years' experience applying data science and ML techniques to business problems.
• Experience with LLMs and Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Experience with Gen AI solutions / LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama.”
• Strong background in NLP, Generative AI, ML/DL methods and large language models.
• Experience with ML/DL toolkits (Transformers, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn).
• Ability to design experiments and evaluation metrics aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML programs and define problem statements and roadmaps.
• Develop state-of-the-art ML models for NLP, personalization, or recommendations.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and tech teams to identify AI needs and solutions.
• Build end-to-end ML/AutoML/AutoNLP pipelines and productionize models.
