Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) seeks a seasoned Clinical Financial Operations leader for the Knight Cancer Institute. The role oversees core financial processes and programs to optimize KCI’s financial and operational performance, with accountability for budgeting, performance reviews, and strategic initiatives in a complex healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of six (6) years’ experience in healthcare financial and operational leadership roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with Vizient ODB, SQL, R, VBA is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Participates as a member of the CFO's leadership team.
• Partners with operational and clinical leaders to optimize financial performance across KCI and OHSU.
• Leads annual budgeting process, labor benchmarks, and strategic financial planning.
• Drives performance reviews, cost optimization, and productivity benchmarking.
• Supports development and execution of business cases for strategic initiatives.
