Job summary

OhioHealth seeks a VP, FP&A Clinical Enterprise to embed financial leadership into care delivery operations. You will partner with clinical leadership to align financial stewardship with quality, access and growth, while driving sustainable performance and informed decision‑making.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning, balancing labor models, care efficiency and payer dynamics, and you will co‑own clinical and financial performance with operational leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to clinical leaders and OPG leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in partnership with operations and clinical teams.
• Develop and monitor KPIs integrating financial, operational, and quality outcomes.
• Translate data into actionable insights for frontline leaders and support business cases for new programs.
