• 15+ years of senior management experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics processes and security protocols.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• High level analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to client service excellence and relationship building.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
