• Establish recurring reporting cadences and dashboards with executive-ready recommendations.
• Own data and reporting for 270 Park amenity functions, including room utilization and vendor performance.
• Identify risks and provide actionable options with financial impact assessments.
• Maintain accountability for vendor deliverables and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with vendor partners and internal customers to meet KPIs.
• Manage budgets within a complex financial structure and drive operations improvements.
• Regularly analyze data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
