Paramount Skydance Corporation seeks a senior leader to manage the Paramount Consumer Products relationship with Amazon. You will drive strategy, joint planning, and revenue growth across licensing, marketing, and retail execution.

The role requires deep familiarity with Amazon platforms, data-driven guidance, and cross-functional leadership to optimize the digital shelf, content, and promotional investments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in retail development or key accounts including working with Amazon or similar large e-commerce retailer.
• Significant knowledge of the warehouse clubs environment.
• Extensive experience with Amazon platforms Vendor Central and Seller Central.
• Knowledge of retail media offerings and omni-channel partners.
• Experienced people leader with executive guidance experience.
• Proven success in multi-million dollar integrated retail plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in shaping multi-year and annual business plans for Amazon.
• Improve Joint Business Planning processes to enhance relationships and revenue.
• Grow revenue by enabling licensees to boost Paramount brands on Amazon.
• Adopt a data-driven approach to guide the account team and retailers.
• Manage digital shelf strategy, content, search optimization, and catalog health.
• Oversee promotional and retail media investments with Amazon.
• Maintain close collaboration with buying, planning, and marketing teams.
• Foster senior-level partnerships with Amazon management.
